Interested in having a mystery writer speak at your
next function?
Though we write about crime and violence, we're
really a nice bunch of people. And many of our
members love to speak at library events, bookstores,
and other meetings where we can talk about our
books, our research, and our writing lives.
You'll find a list here of authors who are willing
to speak at events, as well as whatever contact
information the author has provided – an email
address, a website, etc. We've also asked authors to
indicate where they're willing to travel within the
state of Florida. But keep in mind that for the
right audience and venue, many authors may be
willing to travel outside their stated preference.
While an honorarium is always welcome, many authors
here are willing to speak without charge to
non-profit groups and at locations where their books
can be sold. Don't hesitate to contact anyone on
this list, even if you're unable to offer payment. |
